Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Try On

In case you haven't heard, public access for the #NSale begins tonight at midnight! I've shared a lot on Instagram stories as I've gotten my orders in, but I wanted to do one big roundup so that you all can see what I purchased and how it looks on. There are so many amazing items in the sale besides just these, but a girl can only go so crazy (and crazy I went)! I focused on basics and items that layer well and can be worn multiple seasons, not only in the fall. This is seriously the BEST sale of the year and such  great time to stock up on quality pieces that you'll wear all year!

FYI, the above Steve Madden mules come in 4 colors and one of them is snakeskin. I told myself I wasn't buying anything else. However, if they come back in stock, I might not be able to control myself! These are amazing quality, so cute, and very comfy. If you buy one shoe, these should be it (and they're pretty affordable, which is a plus)!

This is one of my favorite outfits from the sale! These camis are such great closet staples - they look great alone, under a cardigan, or sweater. They're a durable silky material and the lace detailing is so feminine and pretty.
This Leith cardigan is lightweight and perfect if you're in the south to throw on on a summer evening or in a restaurant. It will also be perfect in the fall since the weather here doesn't get super cold. I love  how versatile this beige color is! I really want it in every color to be honest - its just so good!

I got a few of these raw hem tees because they're only $11 and fit perfectly. They look great tied up, front tucked, or left alone and layer great under cardigans too!

I'm already counting down the days until its cold enough to wear this white knot sweater! It is sooo cozy and such a cute twist on a basic sweater. The neckline is really flattering too. I know I'll be wearing this a ton this winter!

Ok, you guys know I live for a great layered necklace, and this one is everything! The layers hit at all the right places and the length is adjustable. It literally goes with everything and takes an outfit to the next level.

I'm seriously contemplating ordering this sweater in a few more colors. It is textured, so soft, and hangs just right. I like that its lightweight enough to wear in both the fall and winter. One of my absolute favorite buys from the sale for sure!

These black jeans are another must have staple! Everyone needs a good pair of black denim and these   are super stretchy and even have a hidden elastic waistband. They can even pass as skinny work pants if you need them to.

When I first pulled this Leith dress out of the package and tried it on on Instagram stories, I was a little unsure, but you all voted unanimously that I should keep it. I'm so glad you did! I've grown to love this little number and I'm obsessed with the tulip hem. It is going to be the perfect dress for date night or girls night and can easily transition into a work outfit by throwing over a cardigan and cami underneath.

This is has become my uniform for lounging around the house! These grey joggers are so fleecy and cozy and I like that the cuff detail at the ankle make them cute. This white tee is the $11 tee I mentioned earlier in another color. I just can't get enough of these!

I definitely got the most questions from you guys about this grey tie front dress! It is the softest material and can easily be dressed up or down. This is a pic I snapped on the way out the door to church last week. I can also throw on some white sneakers or slip ons with it for a casual look. The one thing I will say is that I also ordered this dress in black (in the exact same size) and the fit was way off. It was almost like it was a size or two smaller and the wrong tag was put on it -it was very strange. Needless to say, I sent the black one back. If you're worried about sizing, order a couple sizes and try them out - Nordstrom offers free shipping and free returns so you have nothing to loose.

I finally bit the bullet and purchased a pair of AG jeans this year! I held off the last couple years because even on sale they are still not cheap. However, jeans are something that I keep for a very long time and I wanted to invest in a really nice pair. I have to say, they are worth every penny! The fit is perfect, they're super soft and well made, and they are the perfect wash. I really like the raw hem  and the distressing around the pockets (the perfect amount of distressing while still being work approved for Fridays)!

Any you guessed it, this green tee is another raw hem $11 tee. I just can't get enough.

Side note: I did return a pair of Zella leggings I ordered. I was so sad because I was so excited to finally order them and people have said so many great things. They fit great and were incredibly soft, my only issue was that they were see through in the back, which for me is a deal breaker. As I mentioned, I also returned the black tie front dress that is identical to the gray one because of the sizing being way off. Obsessed with my gray one though!

I hope you all are excited and ready to shop tomorrow! This is my favorite sale of the year and after shopping it the past three years, I can attest to the fact that my NSale buys are my most worn pieces throughout the year. Have fun and be sure to let me know what you guys end up getting!
