First of all, how are we almost halfway through May already?! Crazy for sure, but this teacher is counting down the days to summer! If your life is anything like mine right now, May is non-stop busy with so many different occasions: bridal showers, baby showers, Mothers Day, birthdays, graduations, etc. Throw all that on top of end-of-the-school-year teacher life and you have a hot mess express! 

That's why I love outfits like this one: simple, easy, and perfect for those little things that pop up - from lunch with friends, to casual get togethers, to running errands. Bigger events like showers and graduations I would definitely dress up more for and have on my calendar. But it never fails that in the midst of all the craziness, little events just pop up and its nice to have a simple, fun outfit like this ready to go!

I love blush anything and if you've been around my blog or Instagram for any length of time, you already know how much I love leopard print. These Dolce Vita wedges were an outlet find at Saks Off Fifth and I could not be more obsessed. I'm really picky about the style of leopard print I wear and these are right up my alley. I like how they add a little bit of pattern to an otherwise solid outfit  and the pattern also mixes just right with my cream checkered bag.
